Background & Experience
 Jessica began her career in commercial real estate through the commercial construction industry in 2005. Her position with a Las Vegas based electrical contractor included the organization and analysis of job costing reports for future projects. She oversaw projects ranging in value from $50,000 to $1 million during the bidding phase through completion and worked with the General Contractor for current projects and planned future projects. After graduating from University of Nevada, Las Vegas at the end of 2010, Jessica stepped into Real Estate brokerage as a coordinator for bank owned real estate with a focus on property management and preservation services. Jessica joined the Sun Commercial Special Asset Services/Investment Team in 2011 and offers her strong financial analysis skills to the group.
Education
Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Investments from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2010.
