Background & Experience
 
Mr. McCullough has over 29 years of experience specializing in the leasing and marketing of some of the countries most notable institutional quality office projects including the landmark 1M Square Foot, 42 Story CALIFORNIA PLAZA Phase I in Downtown Los Angeles and Koll Center Newport/KOLL Center Irvine master planned, mixed use developments in Southern California. He is well familiar with the performance and accountability standards required by such ownership entities as Metropolitan Life Insurance Companies, Goldrich Kest, Cadillac Fairview, Shapell Industries, Metropolitan Structures and The KOLL Company.
 
He has developed, implemented and managed highly successful local, regional and national marketing programs for urban and suburban office facilities in a wide variety of markets and is extremely familiar with all types of related leasehold documentation, letters of intent, tenant improvement agreements and planning/construction documents.
 
Mr. McCullough has also had the pleasure of exclusively representing some of the country’s best known corporations and Fortune 500 firms in significant leasing, portfolio, valuation and disposition assignments. Included in this group are Levi Strauss & Co., Hewlett Packard (HP), AT & T Global Real Estate, KPMG Peat Marwick, Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank.
 
Mr. McCullough began his career as a Senior Marketing Consultant with Grubb & Ellis Company prior to a position as Senior Broker with Cushman Realty Corporation (now Cushman & Wakefield) and has also served as a Principal with Griffin Realty Corporation responsible for the Nevada Region, specifically a $50M, 200 acre site in Henderson, NV that entailed entitlement procurement, land planning, use valuations, infrastructure financing, marketing and cost/benefits analysis.

Mr. McCullough has a Bachelors Degree from California State University at Fullerton with an emphasis in management and has frequently been called upon as a guest speaker at various real estate events and seminars
