Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. combines over 100 years of professional experience across a wide range of brokerage services in the Nevada and Arizona markets. Our founders, Cathy Jones and Paul Miachika, previously formed an investment services group that consistently ranked as one of the top performing of its kind across the United States. Cathy and Paul decided that a need for an independent and client-driven commercial real estate company was critical, and in 2006, Sun Commercial emerged.

Our agents have closed over $500 million in real estate sales in the past four years.

We fully analyze the strengths and opportunities of each property to determine the impact of each on the ultimate value. We assess current market conditions, market trends, current competition, and proposed development projects in the market area. We gather and evaluate the due diligence materials early in the process.

We develop effective, high-quality and comprehensive marketing packages. We use a wide array of marketing techniques to thoroughly expose property to the investment community. The former CFO of one of Nevada's largest title companies, Cathy is a Las Vegas resident of 26 years. Throughout her 22 years of experience with corporate acquisition and disposition of commercial investments and leasing as well as buyer-tenant representation, Cathy has represented clients in over 84 transactions, with an aggregate value of over $500 million. Cathy received her Bachelor of Accounting from Ohio State University and is a CPA and CCIM designee.

Paul Miachika

Paul has represented clients in over 1,200 transactions with an aggregate value of over $1 billion throughout his 28 years in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked directly with distribution facilities, multi-tenant buildings, build to suits and sale-leasbacks. Paul has extensive knowledge in financial and cash flow analysis (including Argus). Paul received his Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Finance and Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Dana Souter is a Las Vegas Native with over twenty two years experience in the real estate industry. Ms. Souter started her career in 1988 managing multi family portfolios and her duties included preparing and adhering to annual budgets and marketing plans in order to stabilized stressed properties by maximizing the net operating income. In 1995 she was number one in sales for new home tract agents.

Katie began her career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Chicago, Illinois, where her responsibilities included marketing comprehensive transportation solutions to existing and potential business clients by providing high levels of personal commitment to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. After returning to Las Vegas in 2009, Katie joined Sun Commercial and is responsible for the organization and preparation of a wide variety of presentation and collateral material.

Mr. Mirolla has over 25 years of hands-on commercial and residential real estate experience in the following disciplines: underwriting, workouts, loan servicing, development, project management, property and asset management, marketing, capital markets, finance and brokerage. Mr. Mirolla has an MBA in finance from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business where he was president of the student body. He received his BS from Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business.
