Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. combines over 100 years of professional experience across a wide range of brokerage services in the Nevada and Arizona markets. Our founders, Cathy Jones and Paul Miachika, previously formed an investment services group that consistently ranked as one of the top performing of its kind across the United States. Cathy and Paul decided that a need for an independent and client-driven commercial real estate company was critical, and in 2006, Sun Commercial emerged.
Our agents have closed over $500 million in real estate sales in the past four years.

3.Corporate Real Estate Disposition/Acquisition & Escrow Coordination. We provide connections to a large variety of lending sources. We provide complete transaction negotiations, transaction management, and escrow coordination to ensure a successful closing. We provide complete due diligence assistance and review, and escrow tracking.
